Because every OTHERWORLD™ product is a digital item delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. As soon as a brandworld is purchased, it's yours and there's no way for us to "take it back," which is why all sales are final.

That said, we want you to love what you've bought. If something isn't working, the files won't open, or you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible — we're genuinely here to help.
