02 — Check your inbox for your website
Within 24 hours of purchase, OTHERWORLD™ will send your Squarespace contributor invitation to the email address you checked out with. This is important — the email you use at checkout must be the email associated with your Squarespace account, as this is where your invitation will be sent. If they don't match, contact us at hello@itsotherworld.com straight away and we'll get it sorted.
03 — Accept, customise, launch
Accept your invitation and the GLOSSY template will appear in your Squarespace account, ready to edit. Follow your user manual, swap in your details, and go live. The template is built to look polished from day one — your job is to make it yours.

Yes. To use your GLOSSY website template you'll need an active Squarespace plan. The template works across Squarespace's Business, Commerce Basic, and Commerce Advanced plans. If you don't already have a Squarespace account, you'll need to create one before your contributor invitation can be accepted.

The manual assumes a basic familiarity with Squarespace and focuses on the GLOSSY template specifically: what each page contains, what to update, and how to make it your own without disrupting the design.

However, your logo will be created in Canva using the licensed typeface included with your purchase and uploading that typeface to your Canva Brand Kit requires a Canva Pro account. If you're on the free plan you'll need to upgrade to Pro to access this feature. Your user manual walks you through the full process.
